Orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Current processing time before shipping is 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped. Domestic orders and orders over 13oz ship 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Orders under 13oz ship First Class Mail and will take slightly longer.
WITH ANOTHER ITEM
I am happy to ship multiple items together to save shipping and packaging costs. If you are placing multiple orders that you would like shipped together please leave me a note in your order or send me an email with your order number(s) and information. Please note that once you have received notice that an order has shipped I can no longer combine orders into one package.
Unfortunately, I do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.
The artist is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that the tracking label says has been delivered. I am also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its “estimated arrival date” I apologize, but it is out of my control. I suggest filing a complaint with the USPS. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before I can file an insurance claim and resend the order.
Please verify that you have the correct mailing address before placing an order. If a customer has entered an incorrect mailing address, and the order is returned to me, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the box. If an incorrect mailing address is entered for the package and the [surprised] recipient of said package decides to keep the package there is nothing I am able to do. If the customer so chooses they may place an order for a new product. *Please note that due to the hand created nature of many of my designs each product will vary* If an item is returned to me for any other reason it is up to the buyer to repay shipping fees to have it resent. If you choose not to have it resent I can refund you the cost of the items, but not the original shipping fees.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If there has been an error on my part or you have received an incorrect or defective item I will give you a refund or exchange. We accept returns or exchanges on unused items. The buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
If an item breaks during shipping we will replace or remake it, but do require a photograph of the broken item emailed to us first. Please hold on to the broken item while we file an insurance claim. This can take a few days depending on the speed of response from the USPS.
Contact me before cancelling an order! It’s easy for me to fix an address or incorrect item, though please note that once you have received notice that an order has shipped I am no longer able to change anything about an order.
